Returns Policy



If you are based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the Goods have been delivered to you. If the Goods are delivered to you in instalments, the 14 calendar day period begins on the day that you receive the final instalment. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please inform Us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Goods must be returned to Us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform Us that you wish to return the Goods. You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after the returned goods have been received by us. We regret that any additional costs cannot be refunded.

Multiple Unit Refunds

Please note that if you purchase multiple units of a product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers.

Return Instructions

When returning an item, please enclose a copy of your order receipt with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new sizes or flavours to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s).

Please email us at consumersupport@2pure.co.uk to arrange sending your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. We strongly encourage you to utilise a shipping service with tracking capability.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Osmo Nutrition.

Receiving a Refund

The time required for you to receive your refund depends on the following factors:

It will take 1-to-10 business days for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper.

We require 1-to-3 business days to process your return.

It will take 3-to-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at consumersupport@2pure.co.uk

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at consumersupport@2pure.co.uk and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
